ONGOING CONTEST

Mr Kerrow, who chairs the Senate’s Finance, Commerce and Economic Affairs Committee, said they would also look at the highlights of the reports from the Controller of Budget and Office of the Auditor-General, whose scrutiny partly sparked the ongoing contest.

“There’s the possibility of us enjoining ourselves in the case in court where governors are seeking an interpretation of the Constitution on the accountability of governors. We shall discuss whether or not we shall be part of the case,” Mr Kerrow said in an interview.
