I support the strike by nurses because the government failed health workers by backtracking on the agreement on the allowances.

The extraneous allowance should have been uniform for all health workers as per the circular the government gave.
Imagine two health workers doing the same work, yet one is given lower allowances.

Would you expect the same output from the two workers? Surely not.

Team work is key to all health workers.

Health work is symbiotic by nature.

Nobody in the industry can work alone.

In my view, the government  should standardise the allowances to end the strike.

If they really care about the poor, they should deal with this issue.
