Here is one very easy way to detect corrupt officials early

It is clear that the declaration of wealth has failed to curb rampant corruption in the government.
Having watched MPs ‘expand’ since the formation of this Parliament, surely a declaration of weight would be more appropriate and effective.
All MPs and other public servants should be weighed upon taking up their posts, and their waistlines measured.
Any unusual increase in six months must be explained.
Ministers and PSs would be checked monthly.
It is noteworty that nominated MPs have maintained their trim figures.
I wonder why.
