On Monday, the IEBC announced the recruitment of 2,900 temporary clerks. They gave a website, www.iebc.or.ke/index.php, through which one could apply. Since then, I have tried logging into that website in vain.

I have visited their offices to request for a hard copy of the application forms, but was told that one can only apply through their non-functional website.

Can they activate the website for us to access the forms? Or is it a way of trying to deny some people a chance in the advertised vacancies?
