Attending ICC case will humiliate Uhuru

A requirement by ICC judges that President Kenyatta be in court in person next month during the hearing of his case is inappropriate.

Everyone wants to see the victims of post-election violence get justice. This should not be a reason to humiliate the President.

The ICC prosecutor has already declared that she has insufficient evidence to prosecute Mr Kenyatta.

Kenyans are in the process of healing and have decided to forgive and forget about what happened in 2007/08. Reconciliation meetings are held almost daily to help people forgive and move on.

Issues like ICC cases are only making things to be worse. They are reminding Kenyans of what happened.
