ICC has unjust and imperialist structures

While Africans seek justice against crimes of leaders, we refuse to recognise the unjust imperialist-controlled structures like the so-called International Criminal Court.

Al Bashir can only be tried by an independent and just court which ICC is clearly not until it shows readiness to bring to book the super war criminals of the world — the Bushes, Obamas, Blairs, Browns, Olmerts, Baraks, Netanyahus and their ilk.

The AU has called for suspension of the arrest warrants, and the Government is right in ignoring them.

@abdulqadir- you are just amplifying/regurgitating what has already been said.point is KENYA IS A SIGNATORY. if kenya did not want to be bound by the rome statute, it SHOULD NOT have signed.its that simple.
