The present scandal at the NHIF and other secret ones have had a negative impact on our country’s image.

This shows that impunity still reigns and ‘sacred cows’ still exist in this new constitutional dispensation.

I have to inform the current crop of leaders that we are now wiser.

We now know that full implementation of the Constitution will tame errant individuals.

In the next General Election, we will elect leaders who have what it takes to live within the spirit of the new Constitution.

George Maangi, Nairobi.
