Voices have been raised, but the authorities have turned a deaf ear to pleas of the public about corrupt police at JKIA.

The police at the entrance of JKIA continue to harass the public who drive to the airport to receive or send off their loved ones.

Motorists are stopped and harassed on flimsy grounds to extort bribes.

Is this is the only place to invoke all kinds of traffic rules? The purpose of stopping the motorists there is for security check and not invoking traffic rules. Does the law compel the passengers in the back seat of a private saloon car to fasten seat belts? No. Ignorant, greedy police.
