The others in the group are Kenyan cross country star Pauline Korikwiang, Nigerian sprints champion Obinna Metu, Bostwana sprinter Fanuel Kenosi and South African table tennis star Zodwa Maphanga.

The group visited the Nation Media Group’s offices on Tuesday to understand the operations of the Group’s radio, television and newspaper outlets.

Gebrselassie will stage a fun run on Thursday morning at the Nyayo National Stadium along with his long time rival Tergat and the G4S team.

    Gebre is the paragon of hard work. He scattered a lot of Kenyas hopes for olympic golds over the years. What a man.
