Gordon Oluoch transferred in Sports Ministry shake up

Sports Kenya acting director general Gordon Oluoch has been transferred to Kenya Academy of Sports where he will serve as the chief executive officer.

Oluoch, who had served for many years as Sports Commissioner before he moved to Sports Kenya in March last year, will be replaced by Saima Ondimu, a senior deputy secretary at the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Arts.

According to the changes that have been effected by the Cabinet Secretary for Sports Hassan Wario, Oluoch will replace Douglas Ratemo, who has been the acting CEO at the Kenya Academy of Sports.
