Cameroon lost for the first time since winning the Africa Cup of Nations last month when falling 2-1 to Guinea on Tuesday in an international friendly in Belgium.

Aboubacar Demba Camara gave Guinea a 21st-minute lead with a shot that went between the legs of a defender and under the body of goalkeeper Jules Goda.
