Four men have won a massive SportPesa jackpot.

The quartet, Morris Mutuku, Justus Nyaanga, David Mburu and Philip Bargoria, won the jackpot of Sh36 million, the highest amount since the entry of SportPesa in Kenya two years ago.

They shared the amount equally, each receiving Sh9 million.

The winners, who were presented with their cheques in Nairobi on Wednesday vowed to keep on playing.

Bargoria, a police officer and an Athletics Kenya official in Keiyo South, said his betting decision was out of curiosity after seeing a number of his friends winning in previous bets.

“I am not even a football fan, but I just decided to try out my luck.

I researched on the teams on the internet and made my predictions and too my surprise I hit the jackpot, an excited Bargoria told Daily Nation Sport.

For Mutuku, a 24-year-old Supermarket attendant, Monday was his lucky day.
