Gor Mahia team manager Frank Ouna will handle the team in the interim as the club continues with it’s search for a new coach after Bobby Williamson’s departure.

Ouna will start with the league clash against KCB at the Nyayo Stadium Thursday. Ouna, who boasts an impressive degree - by local standards - that features a Bachelor’s degree and Uefa diploma licence, will be assisted by long-serving assistant coach Bobby Ogolla.

“It is safe to reveal we will be appointing a foreign coach (to replace Williamson) considering the composition of our multi-national squad,” the club’s organising secretary David Kiilo said Tuesday.

The EPL club have agreed a deal that will see the Italian forward deducted his bonuses if he repeats his cheeky antics off the pitch. The club has remained tight-lipped on the other applicants for the coaching role. Gor lead the table standings.
