Support sports
Rising Commodities Group of Companies director Amin Nathoo Nathoo, a former star hockey player at Kitui School, expressed an interest in supporting sports.
“I played a lot of hockey in school and that’s why I believe it is good to support sports to help nurture talents, most of which have turned to be the main income earners”, he said.
Nathoo’s daughter, Amynaz Amin Nadhoo, has been called up to the Kenya Under-18 girls’ basketball team for the Afro Basket Zone Five championships in Rwanda.
Also in attendance at the tournament was the Tanzania Hockey Federation secretary-general, Kaushik Doshi.
