STAR PLAYERS

KCB deputy coach Dennis ‘Ironman’ Mwanja said that their plan from the onset was to reach all the finals and the last leg of Christies is of no exemption.

“We are not bulging from our target hence we are going all the way to the final and retain the Christies,” said the former Kenya sevens team player.

Mwanja attributed the team’s success this season to team work and discipline.

“We don’t have star players in the team since everyone can score and work with the next person,” he said.

KCB will be boasted by the return of Kenya Sevens skipper Andrew Amonde and Collins Wanjala for Stafford Abeka and Allan Omuka. Amonde and Wanjala both missed the Prinsloo Sevens in Nakuru.
