UN chief Ban Ki-moon said Wednesday he was "disappointed" over the leaking of a draft report accusing Rwanda of war crimes in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
"Both the president and I are disappointed by the draft of the report had been leaked (sic)," Ban told journalists in Kigali after meeting with President Paul Kagame.
The Rwandan president had threatened to pull his country's troops out of international peacekeeping missions in Sudan in a signal of Kigali's fury over the report.
Ban said he attached particular importance to the "partnership between Rwanda and the United nations.
"This is a relationship I particularly value," he said.
