An Iranian man hasn't washed for over 60 years, which he has spent living in the desert and eating a diet of raw meat.

Amou Haji hasn't washed for three decades as he believes cleanliness would make him fall ill, but when his hair needs a trim he takes care of it by burning his locks over a fire.

The 80-year-old lives in a small village in Iran and when it comes time to sleep he nests in a hole in the ground or in an open brick shack, which concerned locals constructed for him.
