This afternoon the recognition and selection of four teams that will battle for the ultimate honours will be made at Mint Shack on Peponi Road, Nairobi.

The initial elimination rounds were held at Spice Roots and Curries where the competition judges and culinary maestros posed time crunching challenges for the contestants. Overcoming the tension strokes, the participants presented their dishes in the presence of large number of supporters who had gathered to witness the proceedings of this mega challenge. Throughout the competition listeners in Kenya and the world over were kept abreast of the aroma of this unique culinary fun not only by radio updates but also through Facebook and Twitter.
