This phone is long overdue, which makes one wonder whether HTC are struggling to put it together.

Considered the 2018 flagship for HTC, it isn’t looking like a strong contender in that class in the first place.

Based on information available, the phone is expected to ship with a Snapdragon 845 processor backed by 6GB of RAM and storage of around 256GB. It will come with a 5.99 inch QHD+ display.

At the back will be a dual rear camera arrangement consisting of a 12MP + 16 MP arrangement by Sony, while at the front will be an 8MP camera for selfies.

AVAILABLE IN SINGLE AND DUAL SIM PHONE

The phone will be available as a single and dual-SIM phone, though whether it will support LTE on both SIMs remains a big question.

It will ship with Android 8.0 as well as Sense 10, and is expected to have IP68 certification, meaning it should survive the occasional drop, dunk in water as well as dust.

The manufacturer is yet to announce price, but since it is a flagship phone, don’t expect it to come cheap.
