Lupita was hosted on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show where she spoke of her Mexican roots, American sitcom influences and being more famous than her senator father.

She spent the first year of her life in Mexico and came back to Kenya before her parents sent her back when she was sixteen to learn Spanish.
