Jubilee welcomes Raila, Uhuru pledge

The Jubilee Party on Friday praised President Uhuru Kenyatta and Nasa leader Raila Odinga for putting aside their interests and pledging to work together.

The two leaders met on Friday morning and said they would work together for the benefit of Kenyans.

The party said it was a “significant and bold move that should usher in a new Kenya where different political parties with divergent points of view can put aside their differences and focus on what is in the best interest of our beloved people of Kenya”.

Jubilee said it would work with Nasa for national interest.
