Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi is hosting about 15 MPs from the Coast region.

The legislators, drawn from across the political divide, are in a closed-door meeting at Sun N Sand Beach Resort in Kikambala, Kilifi County.

Among those in attendance are Coast Parliamentary Group chairman Suleiman Dori, who is the MP for Msambweni Constituency.

Others who are yet to arrive for the meeting are Teddy Mwambire (Ganze),  Owen Baya (Kilifi North), Michael Kingi(Magarini) and Kilifi South MP Ken Chonga.
