Let Jubilee hold free, fair peaceful party primaries

Thursday April 20 2017

Raphael Tuju, the secretary-general of Jubilee Party, should hold on to what he’s promising the public — that primaries tomorrow will be peaceful.

The ongoing nominations by other parties are characterised by chaos and violence.

The poll will be a litmus test to the ruling party on whether it can be trusted with power for another five years.

Nominations are the mirror of the August 8 General Election. Let the primaries be free, fair and peaceful.
