Brilliance and stupidity are evenly spread

What you need to know:

  • Even the most stupid individuals belong inside the same range of “brainy” ability.
  • All human individuals – no matter to what ethnicity or gender or race or religion they may belong – have a certain very specific range of mentality.

All scientists – even Caucasian ones – nowadays affirm that humanity as a whole is the earth’s brainiest species. Nevertheless, it continues to raise questions.

For instance, what does it mean to be “specifically brainy”? In this context, as far as I am aware, the word “brainy” describes all members of the human species.

What it means is that even the most stupid individuals belong inside the same range of “brainy” ability. Yet, evidently, certain human individuals are much more capable, mentally, than the rest of the species the whole world over.

Quite evidently, on the other hand, very many human beings in every country are extremely stupid.

Moreover, both categories are spread out more or less evenly among the species all over the planet. In short, all human individuals – no matter to what ethnicity or gender or race or religion they may belong – have a certain very specific range of mentality.

MENTAL ABILITY

Every individual whose mental ability is beneath that general scope is said to be a nincompoop, an idiot. On occasion, he or she may even be declared a “sub-human”.

On the other hand, because certain individuals are way above that mental range, they may be declared geniuses.

Logically, if there is any human being way above the average, he or she might even be thought of as a “super-human”.

Here, however, I mean the human species as a whole. For, indeed, as specific attributes, both brilliance and stupidity belong squarely inside humanity’s mental range.

Only in literature have I met any exceptions, namely, the “angels” of our starry-eyed priests of religion. Yet – as I have always insisted through my language column – the word specifically may remind the intelligent reader that it is but the adverbial form of the noun species and the adjective SPECIFIC.

PREJUDICES

That is an important point to make about that section of our species that has for very long centuries been mentally dominated and politico-militarily suppressed by the self-serving prejudices and greed of the upper classes of another section of humankind, namely – as in Africa’s recent case – by a certain class of Caucasian Europeans and North Americans.

In Europe, one racial class had long nominated itself as God’s own creative perfection in terms both of bodily “beauty” and even of mental ability.

In that continent, furthermore, “God’s most perfect” racial creation – the Caucasian – would soon declare you others as “black” even when your blood was only 0.000000l per cent Negroid in content – indeed, even when your skin colour was closer to yellow than to my truly black one.

These are stupendous mental failings among a species with the most highly developed mental ability; indeed, among the most highly educated race of that species.

Millions of “black” Americans belong to the category of human beings declared “black” even when their skins, evidently, were not black.

CONTRADICTION

Hopefully, these facts will one day shame the culprits into general apology to humankind.

In the United States, the contradiction simply grates in your ear whenever the same Caucasians who imposed their religion on you under degrading colonial conditions continue to seek to drum it into your head again and again.

I am among the extremely few individuals – black and even white – who ultimately reject Europe’s racial and religious arrogance in general.

However, it is not on my account that I urge anybody or any group to reject that teaching. For, even if I had any account there, it would be entirely my own as an individual.

In other words, one has one’s own account in it – personal, ethnic and even racial – and it obliges one to give it quite another look – a look wholly one’s own as an individual – so as to make one’s own decision.
