Former AFC Leopards coach Jan Koops has thanked well-wishers and the club’s officials who helped him settle hospital bills early this month when he was taken ill.

Koops was released from the hospital on Thursday after reaching an agreement with the management on Metropolitan Hospital on how he will pay part of the remaining hospital bill after he managed to pay Sh100,000 with the help of well wishers.

Nairobi County Government Senator, Johnson Sakaja who donated Sh100,000 in cash, has promised to clear the balance of Sh230,000 for the former AFC Leopards coach.
