Kariobangi man wins Sh500,000 Mozzart bet

A Kariobangi resident is the latest winner off the Mozzart Bet platform, scooping Sh482,489.54 from a Sh100 bet last week.
Thomas Okoth Jalwak, a father of five, was the luckiest gamer on Mozzart bet this week after he was awarded the sum from a multi-bet.
He placed a bet of 11 games which had potential winnings of Sh385,991 on top of which he received a multi-bet bonus of Sh96,497.
"It has now been six months since I started trying my luck with Mozzart. This is the first time I am winning something. Mostly, I place my bets with 20 bob but on this occasion I decided to up my stake," the elated Jua Kali artisan explained.
"I am not worried about my daughter's secondary school fees anymore. I had also started building a house but it stalled. Now I am going to finish it."
The ceremony to award Okoth was conducted at one of the company's betting shops in Westlands, Nairobi.
