There was however a stiff competition for the remaining two prizes, where five teams tied on 10 under par 46 points, and it was the countback method which separated the third and fourth placed teams with the rest.

Coming third, was the pair of Nathan Kimsey with S. Gkaliamouta, while the pair of Nico Geyger and Michael Mwaura, who posted 26 points at the back nine gained the fourth prize losing to Kimsey's pair who had fired 27 points at the back nine, on countback.

Ross McGowan and Robert Keter were fifth, and the pair of Joel Girrbach and Gi Virani were sixth and Grant Forrest and Tony Tugee were placed seventh.

With the two pro-ams now out of the way, the action now shift on the main event on Thursday, where the big field of 156 begins the hunt for the top prize of 80,000 Euro(Sh10 million) in this European Challenge Tour sanctioned event.
