Kenya is facing a reduction in maize production by nearly 40%
Kenya is facing a reduction in maize production by nearly 40% in the coming years, as the country continues to suffer the impacts of climate change. Such challenges mean that Kenya needs to conserve and restore its plant genetic diversity in order to protect the country's food.
