S.Africa's Zuma testifies at Commission of Inquiry into State Capture
Former South African President Jacob Zuma appears before an inquiry into alleged corruption for the second day in a row. The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture's official mandate is "to investigate allegations of state capture, corruption and fraud in the public sector." It has sat for 133 days so far, and heard from scores of witnesses, many of whom outlined allegations of corruption linked to Zuma and his associates.
