Government saves sh2.5Bn after the implementation of the single window system
The government has saved more than Sh2.5Bn after its agency Kentrade went digital.
Traders have a sigh of relief after the launch of the Single Window System which has a simplified process of transacting business.
The remarks were made yesterday by Kentrade’s Chief Executive Officer Amos Wangora at Sarova Stanley hotel in Nairobi County.
He also reiterated that the government has issued a directive to implement automation of services in all agencies and ensure they interface with the system by the September 1 this year.
